We gladly accept items with manufacturer defects or that were damaged in transit, with Return Authorization requested within 14 days of the original delivery date. SUAS Store shall refund you in full or ship a replacement product at our discretion. We will only pay shipping costs for items as mentioned above. SUAS Store reserves the right to accept or deny any exchange or return for any reason.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to exchange/return your item(s)

Exchanges/returns must be initiated within 14 days from receipt of delivery domestic US Or 21 days International. SUAS Store items sell quickly, so contact us as soon as possible to make exchanges.

Allow 2-4 weeks for processing exchanges/returns.

Merchandise cannot be returned/exchanged if washed or worn. ALL products must be 100% complete, packing materials, wrappings, other accessories, documentation must be included and all must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.

You’re responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. SUAS Store is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Merchandise purchased with a credit card can be exchanged, or refunded only to the original card used to make the purchase.

Merchandise purchased using a PayPal.com account or PayPal.com gateway will be exchanged or refunded only to the PayPal account used to make the purchase.

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by their respective Return Authorization(RA). Items returned without an RA number may be refused or returned unprocessed.

Packages received by SUAS Store without a proper RA number or return postage included may be considered as abandoned. SUAS Store is not responsible for items returned without Return Authorization.

Return Authorizations may expire 21 days after the date of the issue.

All none defective exchanges shipping cost will be paid for by the customer. When submitting your Return Authorization(RA) request, a customer service agent will calculate your new shipping costs.

Orders that cannot be refunded to the original payment source(credit card, PayPal, etc) will be issued a Store Credit to the SUAS Store Account used to make the original purchase.

Refunds and credits will be processed as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Typically, the purchase amount will be restored to your credit card in 1 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policy regarding credits. If you paid for your purchase with a SUAS Store gift card, a new gift card will be sent to you in the amount of the merchandise returned. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage unless otherwise noted by SUAS Store.

Returning or exchanging products? Follow these steps:

1) Make sure you have your original packing slip or invoice included in your package. You may find this invoice in the email confirmation sent at the time of purchase. Also, you may log in to your SUAS Store account and under order history, you may find your original invoice. (if you placed an order you have a SUAS Store account)

3) Specify the reason for Return Authorization:
